Returns and Exchanges

Most items are sold as is. We will accept returns on some items. Shipping and return shipping are at buyer’s expense. The reason to that is that we feel like we put full details on all of our items. Of course we are human and we might make some mistakes, but if you feel like you should return an item, don’t hesitate in contacting us. Refunds will be made once we receive the returned item and make sure the item has been returned in the same condition as we sent to you. If item has been damaged, we might only do partial refund. Most of our items include insurance. We feel like once we ship out to you we shouldn’t be held accountable for the item if it’s lost or damaged. If item is found, we might be able to discuss partial or full refund.

Payment

For now, we only accept transactions made through PayPal. We only sell to U.S. buyers. However, if you live outside the U.S., please contact us so we can adjust shipping charges. Will hold items, but we will discuss a deadline. For made to order items or custom requests, please contact us before purchasing to discuss shipping information and to accommodate your needs on your request.

Please note, if you’re buying more than one item from us, we will combine shipping. The listed shipping price is just an estimate.

Shipping

We ship using USPS. Mostly all of the items as stated above include insurance and tracking number, which explains our shipping rates. If you are buying an item from us and you’re okay with your item being shipped without insurance, please let us know. We like shipping using Priority, Parcel or the most affordable shipping option available. Also, let us know if you would like Express mail, that way we can adjust shipping charges. Prices may increase with insurance, express mail, special packaging or extra services. We will ship within 5-10 business days after buyer has paid and payment has been cleared, unless stated otherwise in the listing. For made to order or custom requests, shipping may take longer. Please be aware that we might have a few orders pending at the same time as yours, so we might take some time to ship out items. Hopefully, we get some understanding customers.

Additional Policies

Custom orders may require for us to take more time than usual, since we may need to purchase more material and it also depends on the order.
